1. About these terms

These terms govern use of dannywave.com, operated by Danny Wave, a US-based operator. They cover the main site, music and media pages, merch information, polls, Arena tournaments and community draws, and the wiki. Contact hello@dannywave.com with questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information; it is not a blanket consent to processing.

2. Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 13 to use account and participation features and meet any higher age, location, or other requirements imposed by an event, game, platform, or applicable law. If you are under the age of majority, obtain permission from a parent or guardian where required. Do not enter an event for which you are ineligible.

Provide accurate account details and use only identities you are entitled to use. Keep your email account and verification codes secure, and do not share private lobby codes without permission. A public TikTok profile check does not establish ownership of that account. Tell us promptly about unauthorized access. Arena accounts may remain available for later events; each event has its own entry and check-in requirements.

3. Community conduct

Treat other people respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private information, or submit unlawful or infringing material. Do not cheat, team improperly, evade bans, manipulate votes or draws, submit duplicate entries contrary to event rules, or use automation to obtain an unfair advantage. Do not bypass security, disrupt the site, introduce malicious software, or access organizer tools without authorization.

We may remove content, correct records, restrict access, or disqualify participation for rule violations, fraud, or security reasons. Contact us if you believe an error has occurred. These measures do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

4. Arena tournaments

The event’s published details govern its format, eligibility, region, capacity, schedule, check-in, scoring, prize allocation, and claim requirements. Read those details before entering. Registration, a waitlist position, or receipt of a lobby code does not guarantee a place in a game or a prize. Follow the host’s match instructions and the game publisher’s rules.

Results may be reviewed for errors, cheating, or eligibility problems before prizes are confirmed. Technical issues, game outages, or circumstances outside our control may require a delay, restart, or cancellation; relevant changes will be communicated through the event or its service messages. These terms do not authorize arbitrary changes to an already earned prize or remove mandatory consumer rights.

5. Community draws and prizes

Community wheel draws are separate from skill-based tournament prizes. Each draw’s announced eligibility rules determine who can enter, including any exclusions for tournament winners. A place on the wheel is a chance to win, not a promise of a prize. Random selection depends on the eligible entry pool; the wheel animation displays the selection.

Prize type, value, winner verification, claim deadlines, delivery restrictions, and any reroll conditions must be stated for the particular promotion. These general terms do not replace event-specific official rules. Gifts, donations, or past support do not create a right to entry, favorable treatment, or a prize unless a lawful, clearly disclosed event rule expressly provides otherwise. Do not assume that a past giveaway will be repeated.

Winners may need to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery. Submit private delivery details through the organizer’s designated private channel. Any taxes legally payable by a recipient remain subject to applicable law. Participation may show your public handle, avatar, gameplay, or result on the stream and event pages, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Polls and merch notifications

Polls are community feedback, and voting does not guarantee that an option will be produced or an event held. We may remove invalid or duplicate votes and correct totals.

Merch previews and notification requests are not orders, reservations, or guarantees of stock, price, or release date. A notification request asks us to contact you about the relevant product; you can cancel it by contacting us. If a purchase is offered through an external store, review the seller’s identity, checkout terms, delivery and return policies before ordering. Mandatory purchase rights remain unaffected.

7. Wiki and community stories

The Danny Wave wiki documents people, music, stream history, and community jokes. Running jokes and playful rivalries should be read in their stream context. Entries can be incomplete or mistaken and are updated as information changes. Inclusion does not mean a person endorses every statement or is affiliated with every linked service.

If an entry concerns you and is inaccurate, intrusive, or uses a photo you want reviewed, email hello@dannywave.com with the page URL and the issue. We will review correction, privacy, and removal requests. Do not submit private messages, sensitive details, or other people’s personal information without an appropriate basis to share it.

8. Content and permissions

Danny Wave and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of their text, music, videos, images, branding, and software. You may browse the site and share links. Other reuse requires permission unless permitted by law or a specific license. Nothing here restricts lawful quotation or other statutory exceptions.

You retain ownership of content you contribute. By submitting content for publication or event participation, you give us permission to use, display, and make reasonable editorial or formatting changes as needed for that purpose. This does not authorize publishing private account details or using a private support message as an advertisement. Only submit material you are entitled to share.

For copyright concerns, send the relevant page URL, identification of the work, your contact details, and an explanation of your rights or authority to hello@dannywave.com. We may request additional information and remove or restrict material as appropriate.

9. External platforms

Social networks, music players, game services, and external stores operate under their own rules and privacy policies. You are responsible for meeting their requirements. Unless an event explicitly identifies a partner, Danny Wave community events are independently organized and are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Epic Games, TikTok, Discord, or other platforms merely because their services are used. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

10. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the site and event information useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, successful email delivery, or availability of third-party services. Keep your contact details current and check event notices. We may maintain, change, or discontinue features, subject to commitments already made and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available. Other liability is determined under applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims.

11. Questions and disputes

Please contact hello@dannywave.com so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from seeking a legal remedy, contacting a regulator, or taking urgent action. Applicable law determines governing law and which courts may hear a dispute, including mandatory protections where you live. These terms do not require binding arbitration or waive class-action rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We will publish revised terms here and update the date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required, and any necessary agreement will be obtained. Updated general terms do not retroactively change a completed event’s results or an existing prize entitlement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
