Lilly

ArticleFrom Danny Wave Wiki

Danny's wife, the person behind the frog comment, and a much-loved guest whenever she stops by the stream.

Lilly on stream

Lilly, also known as Tigerlilly, is Danny's wife and someone he loves sharing his life with. She makes occasional appearances on his stream. Viewer numbers jump when she joins him, and she has no trouble giving him a hard time. Danny affectionately calls her a "pain in his ass."

Wine and Tinder Plus

During COVID, Danny was living in Los Angeles and tired of dating there. One evening, with some wine and nowhere to go, he paid for Tinder Plus and tried setting his location to different European cities. Lilly lived in one of them. They matched and talked every day, moving from messages to calls and then FaceTime.

Paris, then Germany

About six months later, Danny flew to Paris to meet Lilly in person. More visits followed as they made a long-distance relationship work. Danny moved to Germany in 2022, and they married in 2023.

Finding Brody

Lilly found Brody, an English setter, while volunteering at an animal shelter in Italy. She and Danny adopted him soon afterward. They both love animals.

Life off camera

Lilly is German and works as a clinical psychologist in Germany. She also models and enjoys photography and makeup. Chocolate is a favorite, along with papaya and pasta.

You look like a frog

Lilly's "You look like a frog" comment started one of the stream's biggest jokes. After Danny shared the story, chat changed their names and profile pictures, filled the stream with frog puns, and flooded Discord with GIFs and memes. Jpg even made a dancing-frog video with Danny's face.
